This notice explains the website inquiry process for Zyro Technologies (PVT) LTD, based in Kandy, Sri Lanka.

Information you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, project type and brief. You can also provide your company, budget range and desired timeline. These details help us understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or sensitive production data.

How an inquiry reaches us

The website’s direct-send form uses a DigitalOcean function and Resend to forward your inquiry to our business email inbox. These service providers process the information needed to deliver the message. If the form instead offers “Continue in email”, it opens a draft in your email application for you to send.

Choosing WhatsApp opens a prepared message with the details you entered. You review and send it in WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external services is also subject to their own privacy policies.

Website preferences and technical information

The site remembers your light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve the website and operate their services.
